It explains the Wii points and you just download the ones you want to your console.
What I like about the Wii is that it's a great system for all ages and has tons of good wholesome games. We are in our 50's and have friends over for bowling tournaments or whatever and everyone loves it. Our older kids in their 20's come over and play and so do my grandkids. Now don't laugh at me but I've found I bowl higher scores if I bowl sitting down.
So much for exercise.
