As far back as I can remember, the President's kids have always been in the media - whether they wanted to be or not. It's how Obama treats the attention that will matter, maybe. I think it's all new and will die down somewhat but really no different than hearing about Bush's kids or Clinton's daughter or other past president's kids. I just hope it doesn't all go to their heads and they continue to be the young kids that they are.
