You know, every year I say I'm not going to watch it. The kids and hubby love watching the auditions but I usually find something else to do while they are watching those. But then I always get hooked in somehow around the time it gets down to the final 10 or so. Last year especially I was watching from almost the beginning because of Jason Castro. I work at A&M and when I heard one of "our kids" was on the show, I just had to check it out. He had me hooked from the beginning and I am still following his music career. Supposedly this year his brother, Michael, has made it through in the auditions and will be on the show. Not sure if that's true or if it will get me to watch it though. We'll see.
