Okay, I've read all about it in the how-to section BUT my question is..... is there any way to resize pics without downloading a program to do it from? At work I don't have the "authority" to download any programs so I'm patiently waiting for our IT guy to come do it for me but I hated having to tell him why I wanted it, ya know?

The site that was recommended in the how-to thread was irfanview.com. Just wondering... is that the one that most of you use or is there a better one (for when he finally gets around to coming to help me)?
