We took our little Sophie home at 12 weeks. The first night she cried to bad I couldnt take it. She was sleeping in a pet carrier. We tried to cover it but she still cried.
Finally I placed the carrier on the bed between me and my husband. She felt like she was sleeping in bed with us although she was still in the crate.
We only had to do this one night. After that we placed her close to the bed and covered it. It only took her a few nights to get used to it.
