my yorkie babies don't do it to eachother but when I got my minpin she figured out that they have this fuzzy thing in the back! Well she would pull their tails to be a PIA and get them to play with her. Well my smallest yorkie Bella has decided what's good for you is good for me! So it's really funny when they grab eachothers tails and go in circles! I'll have to try to get a video. My minpin also does this to the cat.
