I googled it, and some think it might be a lack of pigment. Some actually outgrow it, which I thought Zacchie might do. Some people think it may have something to do with eating out of a plastic bowl, which I think is preposterous, and all my dogs have always eaten out of glass bowls.
But I agree that it's cute!
