Yes - I'd take her to the vet asap to either confirm fleas - or to ask for a skin scraping. Skin issues can get so out of hand so fast - and suddenly your baby is in all kinds of trouble. There are so many things it could be, but I'd get it diagnosed correctly via seeing fleas/flea bites - or the scraping.
