Any puppy that has diarrhea needs to see the vet.
This is just past vaccination time and we can't really know for sure whether they "took" in time, so it could be something very serious. Even just a stomach ache in a Yorkie pup that causes diarrhea can lead to dehydration. She can still dehydrate even if she's drinking. If she has diarrhea, lethargy and weakness, she needs to go to the ER.
