Ah Brooke I know how you feel. Maxi would be just like Tatum when I would give him chicken with carrots. I started to hand feed him so that way I can control how fast he was eating. I also would say eat slow. After a while I switched back to giving him chicken and carrots on the plate. To my surprise he started eating slower!
You know once they get into their habits they always demand.
For example, Maxi gets his special treat every day at 5 pm now he demand it even after he gets one.
He stands on my lap and stares at me then looks at the kitchen.
