According to Pet Gear the difference is that the special edition has "upscale fabric" and possibly a better fleece pad on the inside (Actually the fleece pad is probably the cheapiest part of the whole thing, just make a pad or buy a pillow). They are the same size and about the same price. So I guess it depends on what color you want. |
