I really don't know what to tell you. The thing is, mine have been pee pad trained since day one, it's much easier to train them to go outside from the pee pad than it is the other way. Now that she's been used to going outside, she won't want to pee in the house, when she was trained, she probably got in to trouble for pottying in the house. I've been lucky that all of mine, although they use pads, when they go outside they will still pee. I actually rehomed a dog I had once, she was 5 mos old when I got her and trained outside, I did all I could to get her to use pee pad, but, she just woulnd't use it, so, we finally decided to rehome her to someone that wanted her really bad that wanted their dogs to go outside. I just didn't want all of them using pee pads except one..good luck
