I was just wondering if anyone watches the Biggest Loser on tv. You know tonight is the new one for this season.
i just love this show because it's just amazing how much these people change and they always look great and look like they feel great.
i'm not much into reality shows except this one because i think it's really helping people learn how to eat and exercise.
