He is a pedigree he was released early due to the fact the mother had 12 pups and they were tearing her open so the mature ones were given away so she could feed the smaller ones.
The breeder could still have hand feed them, they learn so many things from the mother. I do think there are things you can do to help him become more relaxed around other people. Also, as Cesar often says, if your dog doesn't understand that you are the pack leader they will try to take this position, and part of the job requirment is defending you and making sure that you are safe, so this is why some dogs are agressive, you need to let him know that you, not him, are the pack leader and you will defend the pack. Poor little guy had to grow up too soon.
