Hi! This is sort of last minute...my husband and I are going to meet (& probably buy) a 1-year-old yorkie/shih-tzu mix in a couple hours from a private seeler, a college student who no longer has enough time for her pup. She paid $650 for her as a puppy and is asking $300. Please give me a list of important questions/procedures to ask, such as vet papers, etc...my husband (the law student) is typing up a contract right now....any advice?
