My dogs are 7 and 11 yrs. old and they are always hungry! I have one very thin one and one that I have to watch her weight! I am feeding NV raw, and under 10 lbs it should be about 3 medallions apiece, and I am working up to that! They too get treats, but they are still always in kitchen! At night I am trying some rice for filler, and can tuna so they will feel better til morning! They only get 1 1/2 raw medallions at the moment, since we are coming off of a bad time with the runs, since I tried putting back dry NV kibble in their diet! I cannot get them back on the kibble with their little tummies, and I am talking about 2 kibble apiece and they still do not do well! So, I am trying to decide whether I will eventually go to home cooking! They do good on the raw, and perhaps when I give them the correct amount for their size they will be alright! I take it slow with them!
