The Yorkshire Terrier Club forbids using such words as Teacup, or doll face, and breeders who use these terms usually aren't breeding for health. The terms are more of a marketing ploy than a real description of the dog. Some people think that doll face or teddy bear means a shorter nuzzle, but you really need to see the dam and sire to predict the puppies full grown appearance, most puppies look like they have a short nose. In other words, while many people prefer this look, I wouldn't choose a breeder who used those words. See this link for more information:
