Ugh on those diets. Can you explain in detail more about her symptoms and the poo? The vet did a fecal I'm sure?

If this were me, I'd homecook a fish diet (hypoallergenic gives small intestine time to heal/rest) or I'd do Natural Balance, Simple Solutions, and/or a fish kibble.
