My vet wants Romeo to eat Royal Canin Prescription food for allergies. He has a bad anal gland problem with pus and blood. She thinks it may be from allergies. I asked her if he could have Wellness Simple Solutions and she said no! Is the Royal Canin a good food?. Please give your opinion. I am very upset and not a big fan of Royal Canin. He ate the Yorkie Formula years ago and had corn related allergies. This prescription doesn't have corn , but I feel there may be better food for allergies.
