Bumps here and there (i.e. skin tags, moles, etc) are not uncommon. They can also sometimes get little cysts or warts or pimples. Since it is inside her ear, and sometimes that area gets oily, it could be a clogged pore that is a bit irritated - and it may just work itself out. If it were me and if it weren't bothering, I'd probably give it a couple weeks and re-assess.
