OMG. Never take her back! The first time I had keely groomed, the groomer cut her quick. As soon as I stepped in the door she came running out with keely in her arms and had tears in her eyes! She felt soo bad about it and started telling us what happened. She felt ssooo bad. But it was an accident and it was keelys fault because she kicked her foot (GO figure, it was the last nail on the last foot that had to be done
) My groomer didnt want us to pay for the grooming, but we paid her and gave her a 5 dollar extra tip. She seemed more distraught about it then anybody else (And beleive me, i was upset my baby was hurt).
Your groomer accually sounds, like she didnt care. Thats horrible
