My brother and his family have several dogs and none of them are fixed. They have a rat terrier that has has so many litters... It makes me quite angery at them for being such irresponible owners.
This dog is only about 8 lbs too. It is not right for her to just keep having litter one after the other... To me that is cruel.. and it is not much better then a back yard breeder. Shame on them ..
