I bought my Wii at Target the day after Thanksgiving. It was $250 and I think it always includes the sports package game (bowling, golf, etc..) I think the range of prices are when stores bundle them. My experience in shopping around is they bundle them with games that aren't as popular. Sometimes they bundle them with extra remotes or nunchuks. Best buy had it bundled with remotes and nunchuks, but there wasn't even a savings.
We did buy a 2nd nunchuk and we bought the Wii play which gave us a 2nd remote and some additional sports games. We also bought a charger for the remotes.
My brother bought us the Wii fit for Christmas which we haven't tried yet, but we are looking forward to it!
I have never enjoyed video games in the past, but the interaction of the Wii makes it different and it's alot of fun!
