Although I have never bought a pup from Cindy I have seen her home and all her pups and adults. She is definitely not a puppymill, bYB nor anything other than a very responsible breeder. She breeds for the standard, her pups are very healthy, alot of people I know have bought pups from her and I have yet to hear of any health problems. So you could feel confident getting a pup from Cindy.
