well, guess what, I just spent $35 on someone to cut my dogs leg open, now Im here to get $25 so in the future Dolly can get another wound from them again. I am so mad that I cannot even express myself.

but unfortunately I might have to stay with the vet (not the groomer though), I know Dolly's specific vet (who is off today) personally, she is very nice, she is a young vet, very loving toward animals, she has done so much for Dolly, and she owns a yorkie as well, we usually go to the dog park together, she's given me so many advice on how to care for Dolly during special times. and most importantly, Dolly loves her, whenever we are out of town, she is the one to baby-sit DOlly and I don't have to worry about a thing. and I just cannot do it to Dolly.
Is the office owned by your friend ( Dolly's vet) and other vets and the manager just assist them ? If so I would make sure to tell your friend about this and about the ridiculous treatment you received from her personnel. I know my vet owns her office with another vet and they would never put up with that. Even if she doesn't own it , if she is the vet I would have her talk with the manager about the way they handle business and animals !
