she was telling me that the wound was not servere enough for stitches, but they did it anyways so she can heal faster. she said it was no big deal is why they did not contact me, and she's had similar issues before and the other owners actually appreciate them having done so! Im in shock, I cannot believe this is happening to me. now I have to go get some pain med and she kept on licking the area, could I spray some bitter apple?

and what department could I possibly report this to?
