Oh my gosh, that is unbelievable! How awful! I cantt believe they actually di that! You really should complain BIG time in my opinion. Surely that sort of conduct can geta a place shut down?! I mean, it's not like they haven't done it before either, is it? You should check with the other people you know who use the same place to see if they've had similar experiences. Bet they have, and if so you may be able to actually do something about it.
