Twinkle will paw at my lap then go and sit by the front door if she needs to go out - usually evey 4-5 hours or so if we're not out. She has an hour or so walk in the morning so she's usually good then until lunchtime. I let her out before she goes to bed - about 10pm and then she's fine until we get up again about 6.30am. She not a really small yorkie so she might be able to hold it a bit better. Saying all that, I have been taking her out 'just in case' every hour or so for a while because she seemed to have forgotten that she's meant to do it outside
