It doesn't surprise me that this can be done. Wrongly convicted people have been let out of jail with DNA testing so it would only make sense to me that someone would be offering this service. The many articles about this technology all refer to the ability to deter mine with just one sample. Now if you want to determine if specific dogs are the parents of that puppy then you would need samples from all three as in a question of parentage with an accidental breeding between multiple males.

My vet advised me that the swab is not very accurate! She said the blood test is.
