Hi,

I work for the Canadian Governement. I just had a girl come in and ask if people where normally charged PST and GST when buying aninmals from Breeders in the US.

I am looking in to it through "official methods" but I was curious if any Canadians on here have had puppies shipped here from the states and if you were charged PST and GST as opposed to just a "border tax" (can't remember the offical name for it).
