Dogs humping is completely normal. My Jack was neutered at 6 months old and a couple of months later, he was trying to hump our spayed lab/catahoula mix. It was funny. But, he eventually stopped and I haven't seen him do that in probably 3 months. I think it's just a phase dogs go through.
