Thanks. Ya'll are so kind. Maximus did well and is doing well. My dh (who is a truck driver) left for work this a.m. and he has already called twice to check on him. He is playing, eating, drinking, pooing, peeing, barking. I am pretty sure he is ok, and probably was just dazed a bit after the initial landing. Dh said he landed on his head and all we could think about was brain damage.
He has got lots of loving x 100 since the accident. We tried to let him sleep with us last night, but he kept wanting to burrow under the covers and we were afraid that he would end up falling off the bed. Dh made the comment this a.m. that he would rather see bows in his head then for him to be sick/injured.
Thank you again for all the good thoughts and prayers. I would just be devastated if anything happened to him. Dh was pretty shook up last night, and we were both sick at our stomachs. I'm so happy he is doing better today.
