since you are limited in what you can spend on a baby, you might want to check out the rescue section
unfortunately there are a lot of puppies and dogs whose owners have surrendered them to shelters and rescue organizations and need good homes ... i just wanted to give this suggestion because i highly doubt you will be able to find a free young female on yorkietalk (but hope i am wrong!)
