I love the idea of feedback ratings that would be neat.
It also makes me sad when people ask Sellers to "hold" things for them or custom make things and then decide they don't want to purchase it for no good reason they just decided not to...
.. there should be a section for buyer feedback as well...
As ALWAYS I would say Private communication should be used before any "action" is taken as it could just be an oversight or slight miscommunication.
