Did you know.... That Brown rice is by far more nutritious than white and has lots more fiber and flavor, IMO. And it does not have to take forever to make. You can boil it in lots of water, like you would pasta, and cut the cooking time in half. Then just poor into a strainer and let sit until drained.
I fix longer cooking things on my days off and make plenty so I have heat and serve meals during the work week. This way I am more likely to stay on track.
