It took a year of physical therapy and cognitive therapy to recover. I'm ok now. I encourage everyone to use a car seat. Accidents happen fast. Romeo could have escaped onto the highway when the paramedics pulled me out. They told me that he would have never survived the impact if he was not in a car seat.
