I believe that Wylie's mom is probably the best person to respond to this topic. But to share my experience - I've always fed Bailey just twice a day - even when I brought her home at 9 weeks - and had no problems.
When she was younger - I put toys in her pen that dispensed kibble when rolled around - but Bailey never played with them....
