I wouldn't use a flea collar because they can be toxic to little dogs.
Since you only found one flea, I would bathe her in dawn dish soap starting from the face and work down her body. *side note: the reason you want to start at her face is because the fleas will flee (hehe no pun intended) for her neck/face first and if it's wet, they won't go up there, so you have them trapped* I would then wash all her bedding, all your bedding, vacuum your carpet and furniture, and then steam clean your carpets and cloth furniture. I would then get some sort of preventative like frontline, if you haven't already done so. You want to stop it before it really starts bad because believe me, fleas are HARD to get rid of. When we called the pest control place they told us that one female flea can produce up to 4k eggs.
Edit to add: Oh and if you do decide to put some preventative on her, since she is so young, and I'm assuming tiny, I would NOT use a full dose. Maybe 1/2 or even 1/4.
