Even though yorkies are "hypo allergenic" some people can still be allergic to them and for multiple reasons. It could be dandruff, saliva, etc. It is possible you could be allergic to one and not the other because of their make up. Before freaking out though, I would maybe try to bathe her in the shampoo you bathe your other dogs in and see if anything changes. My BIL has dog allergies really bad and the breeder he got his havanese told him to bathe his dog in his shampoo for awhile to see if he is allergic to the dog.
