I think what your doing is great with her. She is safe and that is what matters the most. Giver her lots of love and attention, she needs to feel secure in her new home and bond with you guys.
WHat are you feeding her? Is she a good eater? Have you taken her to the vet yet? Taking her to the vet is very important so you know she is a healthy puppy with NO underlying medical conditions. Also, with such a little pup, you have to make certain she is eating regulary so she will not have a Hypo. eposoide.
Anther thing, my Suzi has just caught on after months of pee pad training her to poop on the pad as well. It takes a enormous amout of patience when training these littel guys, but, they will be sucessful.
