Pets At Home usually have small coats, especially if you look on the seperate "Boutique" stand. The smallest I saw was too small for Ellie & she weighs 4lb.
Jumpers I knit myself. Amazon usually have a selection of pattern books. They tend to be a bit big for Yorkies but it's easy to size them down.
