I'm not a smoker, nor have I ever been, but I am a pharmacist and here's the average responses I've heard from patient's.
1. It works!!! (The most common feedback)
2. I had horrible dreams and had to stop using it.
3. It makes me really nauseated.
4. It made me cut down on how much I was smoking, but I couldn't completely stop.

I had my sister use it because I think most of the side effect are from the nicotine withdrawal (that you're not supposed to have) rather than from the med. I also think the many benefits from stopping smoking outweighed any potential side effects. Anything that gets people to quit is awesome in my book!
