That man is a monster!! My Husband went to ask him why did he do what he did, and he just basically said he hates dogs and all dogs should die
what a Jerk! well my husband said not so nice things to him and he said everyone with a dog was going to be evicted. Not true since I have spoken to other neighbors and none have told me that the landlord is harrasing them to move. One even has a pitbull and another has a greyhound. I don't know why we have become his target.
