miss buffey has really odd measurements...she is small (3.5 lbs) but has really long legs and a long body so it is hard to tell which sizes she will wear

The Yellow dress measures approximately 11 inches around and approximately 8 inches in length ...i rechecked this size and is says its an SS... which i believe is the same as an XS....not sure
The Pink and Blue Flower Dress is approximately 12 Inches around and approximately 7 inches in length.
Squeeze Me Pjs measure approximately 11-12 inches around and approximately 12 inches in length.
Pink & Black Polka Dot Dress measures approximately 13 inches around and approximately 8 1/2 inches in length.
Green Shimmer Dress measures approximately 14 1/2 - 15 inches around and approximately 11 inches in length.
