I inquired this owner who posted on Craigslist to sell his dog, taking the best offer.
The dog is 4.5 lbs, 11.5 months old now, who just undergone surgery, now limping (didn't get a reply on how or why he had to go on surgery). seems like the highest offer he's got is $320....if anyone interested,
