So, it could be a number of things...is she also having diarrhea? Is she still eating and drinking? If she isn't acting herself and not eating or drinking along with the throwup, its probably best to at least call the vet. With Moose, since he is only 3lbs, I usually always take him just in case, which leads to very expensive vet bills but peace of mind for me.
If she's acting lethargic, and not eating/drinking, or has diarrhea too (especially if she has diarrhea), I would call the vet and ask for advice and probably take her in. I've done this so many times with Moose and he has been fine, but I'd never forgive myself if I hadn't taken him and it had been life threatening. Hope this helps a little! | Thank you for your quick response, her stool is normal and she just started playing, so thats a good sign....and we have just recently changed her dog food but we didn't do it all at once we mixed it in with her other food and slowly switching it...and it could be possibly be an empty stomache because this happened when she first woke up...We did do some traveling the other day so that could possibly be the problem but I don't know if it would take that long to affect her.... |
