IMO yes!! really silky coats can just be combed once a day and with bentley, i can do it every other day with no problem...he hardly ever tangles and if he does, it is really easy to brush or comb out...he has never ever had a mat once he lost his puppy coat...his bath and blow dry go so fast too...he dries in less than half the time it takes miss buffey (my cotton coat) ... i dread bathing miss buffey because it just takes sooooo long to brush and dry her
