Push her tongue down her throat? I don't think so. That would just make her fear you and might even m ake her worse.
Speak to her in "dogese" and do what her mother would do.
As a breeder I observe the intersction between mother and puppy. They teach them how to play and punish them when the play too rough.
Basically it is no different than human mothers do with their young, and you certainly would not push the tongue down a child that bites.
