I went and got some of the steps, bought some of those 99 cent rubber mesh placemats, and staple-gunned them to the steps for traction. Works great! Got blue placemats for the den. Tan for the bedroom.
Little Dublin loves them, but still scares me a little the way he flies up and down them! Better than jumping, I guess... |

That is a great idea, I bought the steps at Target on clearance but they
are so smooth that Baili slips on them. I tried covering with carpet but
they looked horrible! I will try the placemats! Thanks
