This is just so sad
.
I can completely understand falling upon hard times and I sympathize with that-- but business funds are *business funds* until an item has been made, shipped, and received in my mind and dipping in to that for any reason is just never ok.
I feel bad for those that haven't received what they ordered and paid for and I think it's wonderful so many have offered to help these customers with replacements in this situation.
I'm just confused as to why she hasn't come back to see this thread after asking for people's compassion -- which many, many showed to her
